This is my second stay here and i will definitely stay here again. love the location and surrounding. everything is perfect.

The Westin Chicago Northwest Hotel was generally very nice. Very comfortable for a one night stay. The only issue we had was that the hotel was hosting a High School Prom, and the music could be heard throughout the hotel until the Prom ended at 11:00pm. I am not sure if events are frequently held here but, given that we had to leave early the next morning (and still heard the music through a white noise machine and ear plugs), we probably would have reconsidered our stay here had we known about the event in advance. Everything about the hotel was perfectly comfortable but we really struggled to sleep with the noise. Hopefully we just happened to have bad timing on our end.
