Helen is a very responsive host. She welcomed with a great smile and introduced me through all the amenities herself. She also allowed me for a early check-in and late check-out, that helped me keep my baggage in the house while I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time and left very late compared to the standard check-out time. Organized shelves in the kitchen. Ample space in the refrigerators in the kitchen. Separate refrigerator in the third floor. Rooms and common areas have a separate TV. Clean bathroom and toilet with adequate cleaning supplies. Very near to CTA bus stop for transit.

Helen runs a very clean and organized AirBNB and she was immediately responsive to any questions I had. I was sorry I didn't have the opportunity to meet her as she is clearly a very consciencious and responsible person.
