Come visit this one-of-a-kind Historic Firehouse in Maywood, IL for a stay you will never forget! And yes, there are not one but two fire poles (non-functional).

Built in 1904, the Firehouse was the first Fire Station built in Maywood. The Firehouse has now been fully renovated with modern amenities, while still honoring it’s past with restored features and historic photography throughout. The total space is over 2,000sq ft, with multiple seating and sleeping accommodations throughout.

The Firehouse was amazing! It's actually bigger than expected but other than that, it matched the description and amenities offered. The host is a great communicator and responds in a timely manner. We had some storms come thru but watching it from the big windows was actually nice. I appreciate them opening up their home for our friend getaway! I'll be happy to return any time I'm in the area!
