#Luxurious Private Room & Private Bathroom

This place is perfect for a couple, like it said in the description. Its a private room, 2 other rooms for other AirBNB users. Bathroom's in each room, Perfect for introverts, if you don't want to communicate face to face you don't need to, plenty of space in the shared kitchen/dining room. Usable Washer and dryer aswell as plates, bowls, cups, pans and utensils. One of the only issues i came across privacy wise is the bathroom door doesn't close or lock. Which is why i said its perfect for a couple. Lots of storage space for anything you can think of. Good for longer stays. Roku TV for entertainment, another downside. The roku is very slow and seems to have issues connecting to the internet. Had to unplug the TV each time it lost connection. Quiet times are 9pm-9am, very reasonable in my book. Parking is on the street, One way street so parking is on both sides. Side note. Entirely my fault. There is an hard to see fire hydrant on the left side. $150 fine and tow after a couple hours.

This is the top multi-use space I have rented out on Airbnb when it come to cleanliness, organization, amenities, location and host. One of the cleanest spaces I have stayed in and the entire home exterior and grounds are well kept. So if that is important to you, you will not be disappointed. Easy check-in, comfortable bed/pillows, nice linens, spacious room, private bath is spacious, great water pressure. Shampoos, soaps and amenities are well done. The common area and kitchen are clean and clutter-free, and well set up. Location is great with just a few blocks to excellent Thai restaurant and Taco place, and then shopping area down the main road. Quiet street and felt safe walking even at night. Charlie was easily reached if I had questions and was accommodating when I expressed I was having trouble on my phone with the Airbnb app. Very thoughtful and gracious and friendly host. If I could rate hosts too, Charlie would be an 11.
