Clean space, quiet neighborhood/neighbors

Overall it was a good stay. I just wish the check-out instructions were clearer (there weren't any instructions) and a little booklet or PDF document about things to do in the area would've been nice. I'm a local, so I was already familiar, but there are tons of cute local gems and events around, especially in the summer (Saturday farmer's markets, Thursday Night Out, and more).
