I had an extremely enjoyable time for my first time in Chicago! Tavares’ place was exactly what I wanted for my stay. It was clean, private and while not directly downtown I was able to do all I needed and wanted to do with ease. King size bed, ice cold air conditioning and a kitchen that stocked so that I could cook breakfast every morning for me and my family. Plenty of stores nearby, some within a 15 minute walking distance. If you have a car you can get whatever you need with a 5-10 minute drive. Huge, clean backyard for my son to run off his energy. Tv in every room which was a rare find in my search for a place to stay. I felt so comfortable as if I was home. Plenty of space on the inside and everything was clean. Decor was chic and cute. WHEN I come back to Chicago I would definitely book here again without a doubt

Had a great stay here, really enjoyed the 4 tv set up in the living room as well as the hot tub! Great space for a vacation.
