We were looking for a place to stay close to our granddaughter’s apartment, and Laura’s place was ideally located. The Frank Lloyd Wright Museum is a couple blocks away and a must see! There were several restaurants within easy walking distance. The studio was comfortable for two people, and the office was a bonus since my husband had work to do. The kitchen appliances, plates, and utensils were very nice although we didn’t do any cooking. There are two other apartments in the same building, but if other guests were staying there, we didn’t hear them. We did hear a little morning street noise. Parking was free on the cul-de-sac on the street behind. We just needed to downloaded the app for Oak Park Parking. Outside stairs were the only access to the unit. I was a little concerned about using them, but even though I am in my 70s, I was able to carefully come and go without any problem. Laura was very responsive both before and during our stay. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed a week at Laura’s place, and it was a wonderful experience.
The place is clean, cozy, and everything works well. The bedroom is amazing, and the kitchen is well-equipped.
It’s in a great location —about a 15-minute walk to the train station—and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, like Giordano’s.
The only thing I’d suggest mentioning as a precaution is the stairs. Getting into the Airbnb can be a bit tricky and might be difficult for people with disabilities or walking issues.
Other than that, the best part of our stay was Laura’s attention and support. She was always available to answer any questions we had. She’s one of the best host I've ever met!
