NRebozo boasts a vast array of moles, to be precise, 40, out of which two are consistent staples. These two staples are used in the restaurant's most popular dish - Fiesta Mole. The dish comprises six enchiladas, each of which is individually coated with a different mole, leaving you wanting more. However, if you are not a fan of moles, they have a special treat for you in store. During the fall and winter season, they offer a highly anticipated dish that features the taste of a Poblano pepper filled with savory beef, dry nuts, and dry fruits, dressed with a rich walnut sauce and topped with fresh pomegranate seeds. To complete the meal, pair it with a delicious mescal, and you will be in a state of pure bliss.
