Here, you can find healthy, sustainably-sourced food at almost all hours of the day, so early-bird larks and night owls alike can get their fixes.
Owl & Lark has a menu full of classics and more inventive flavors, including its blueberry lavender smoothie, which has wild blueberries, lavender, watermelon, almond milk and banana, plus a topping of more blueberries, agave, chia seeds, banana granola and cacao nibs.
Known for its juices, Owl & Lark ensures each is cold-pressed and full of delicious, healthful ingredients sure to set your body up for success.
Owl & Lark is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day.
A 16-ounce smoothie bowl is $12.75, toasts and salads range from $10 to $16, and 16-ounce cold-pressed juices are $8.50. Specialty coffee drinks range from about $3 to about $6.
Owl & Lark co-owners Lina Kiznyte and Birute Cepaityte decided to open their juice and coffee bar when they couldn’t find any juice bars or specialty coffee shops near their La Grange homes.
The co-owners are proud to offer healthy grab-and-go food for commuters as well as for those who want to stay a while in the cozy shop with its Scandinavian-inspired interior.
Owl & Lark is located at 41 South La Grange Road. It’s just a three-minute walk from the La Grange Road Stop on the BNSF Metra Train.
