Meet us where craft beer is poured
Palmer Place boasts a rooftop deck, patio and one of the largest draft beer selections in the area.
It also has a full-service kitchen, serving up such delicious grub as stuffed bacon-wrapped dates, crispy string beans with wasabi ranch, corned beef sandwiches piled high with thinly-sliced kosher corned beef and so many other great dishes.
Palmer Place also has live music and entertainment on some nights. Its annual Shamrock Fest offers a full lineup of live music acts over the days leading up to and on St. Patrick's Day.
Palmer Place is open daily for lunch and dinner.
Appetizers at Palmer Place are about $9 to $12. Salads are about $15. Sandwiches and burgers are also about $15.
The Palmer family opened Palmer Place in 1983. The casual family restaurant quickly became a staple in La Grange and on the BNSF corridor.
Dave and Leslie Tarman purchased Palmer Place in 2022, updating and modernizing the space while retaining its charm and continuing its beloved traditions, including Shamrock Fest.
Palmer Place is located at 56 S. La Grange Rd., just a four-minute walk from the La Grange Road Stop on the BNSF Metra Line.
