Russell's Barbecue opens every day at 10:30 a.m. It closes at 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and at 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
When you come to Russell’s Barbeque, you are almost sure to see Ben Tapia, the longtime manager who began at the restaurant when he was only 15 years old, using a special work permit.
More than 30 years later, there is nobody who knows the restaurant better. Tapia keeps Russell’s Barbeque tradition alive, hanging old news articles on the wall and serving up the original and beloved recipes.
