The impressive 7,500-square-foot taproom is one of the largest in Chicagoland, serving only beers made onsite in its adjacent brewery, with more than 20 beers on tap!
Short Fuse Brewing Company is one of the few breweries in Illinois to use 30-barrel foeders, huge oak vats used primarily to age wine.
There are a variety of sizes and beer types offered at Short Fuse, making for a delightful brewery and taproom experience that will please even the pickiest of beer drinkers.
