We enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood is quiet and walkable to nearby restaurants. The space was clean and comfortable. The mattress was very comfortable, but the bed frame made a high pitched metal on metal squeak anytime you moved or rolled over, thankfully it didn't keep us from sleeping. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area in the future.

This family is very kind and accommodating. They’re responsive and very helpful. It was my first time to Chicago, I came for my Birthday so I needed recommendations on where to go and places to eat. ALL of their recommendations were fantastic! I’m a clean freak— most places don’t meet my cleanliness standards but this retreat didn’t disappoint in that area.
My only critique/recommendation to you all is if you book this place, know that the ceilings are relatively low. I’m not the tallest person but I still bumped my head a few times on the ceiling. If you’re above 6’ you’ll struggle a bit like I did.
