What I like about the place is the easy access and simple instructions given to us to be able to enter the place. You always have to enter by the back porch through which is inconvenient. The location too is not too far from downtown Chicago. One thing that I just don't understand is why there's a large couch placed in the bedroom when the room is too small to still have that couch around. There was also another clutter inside the closet that is not beneficial for the guest. The duvet and towels given to us was not at all smelling fresh and clean, specially the towels, it has that old smell or cabinet-like smell. Quiet hours starts from 11pm onwards but at around past midnight on our first evening stay, we heard a lady yelling like trying to get his child's attention. The voice was either coming from upstairs or from the basement.

Stina is responsive when communicating, not much noise in the house, rooms are clean, and the location is quiet.
