If you don't require cleanliness or ambiance this could work for you. The host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. The location is great. Unfortunately, the actual space is subterranean and not clean. There were in fact, ants crawling on the bathroom sink counter, which was very distressing.

Check in instructions were very clear and the neighborhood is very quiet.
